I know ye are caught on two minds... avoiding the wind and then also getting them experience before too strong on the wing

Where i have my loft in the garden is close to loads of wires.. trees.. then obviously the buildings and ive a fence quite tight to the loft round my garden.. so the birds have a lot to get used to..(especially when its windy) the majority of my ybs are just finding their wings.. would you avoid letting them out when its windy? Or get them out for a few hours and let them get used to it?
