Del after going through problems in loft I told u about and basically starting afresh ,I stopped after bilericay ,to concentrate on young birds for my future . But well done all timers ,my mate Matt got the hen he timed from bilericay ,it went over the pad then at 23-10 approx ,then 22-47 last night brave wee hen he's got there .

wow that's amazing .I see 25/44 on the site .but prob some with more than one home .

cant remember 50% returns from france in race time for years and years, not one or two fanciers getting those returns ,overall .

Unbeleivable but 25% home for 6am this morning ,so much for small convoys ,kicks that right out the ground . Well done all that's timed . Ok it's much shorter than originally planed due to poor weather ,but still brilliant

Well done all who timed in from this race especially Davie jamieson 1st bird in this morning ,always there or there abouts in this race for the last few years . Just not hard enough for your birds this year .

Bang on Davie , I was one of the founder members of the snrpc , but for the last few years I've been an advocate for as u say sitting round a table , if not to amalgamate to co exist but joint convoy .

Nothing to do with the might nothing mate they are along with another organisation ,they liberated the birds not the might snfc .

The result is dominated by Peter and big Davie burns Kirkcaldy . To of them had a cracking race . The way it used to be from France .

Got the result today via E.mail .well done Peter virtue top class and well done blue pied on here 5th open. , 52 gallant birds made it in race time .well done every one of them

I agree david although catterals don't do it now think its steve Teasdale .then get expert help for controllers and your most of the way there .

I had none away dougie so can speak without any anger , personally the club/s should follow the Irish by altering there dates because of inclement weather conditions , yes some will say but we have to book halls etc , but IMHO birds welfare should come first . Ps everyone seen what the weather was to be before they sent .

Got to agree a bit dougie nether were good races ,but think the snrpc % wise was a better race .

One thing that,s stuck out since the lib was what was said birds were liberated and cleared in a north easterly direction , have a look at a map that takes them right through Belgium Holland and up into Denmark , I spoke with a very prominent snfc fancier this morning about this and he agreed that prob most birds never came across the channel , one of the main reasons the snrpc go a day later is the transport used fits into the Chunnel on the trains and after speaking to the convoyer he was at race point early the very next day . And a big question to me was why the hour between the libs from 7-45 to 8-45 , ????? Ps I'm not blaming anyone or having a dig just pointing out facts .
