Great night out ,the wee guy from UNC was good very funny and straight talker ,no Sh ite ,food was great especially the stovies yum yum .

Not one reply Alf on my thread , strange thing is someone put on last week who's going to snfc thing ,it stayed on notice board for all to see , I put on about SNRPC thing and it got moved to the woods where no one see it . Not a happy chappy .

Would have got one of my club mates who stay in Clydebank to pick it up , jonesy is A club mate so alls good then .its about 3/4 mile east of our club , 3 different fanciers go right by this every day to feed and water their birds which are in grounds at club . Think jim Alexander bought one of your birds at a sale and came out to yours with joe musleh ,he's one of them and joes loft is also at club . Either of them would have got it pal .

We've raced from their before mate had terrible racing from it ,well I would say about 90% bad to 10% not bad ,don't think it was ever a good/great race from it .hope this helps .coldstream is a better option IMHO .

I was the same mate , red lobster was brill although a little pricey compared to millers ale house /applebees etc , enjoy the rest of your stay ,I met Martin Hughes the other day out there he said he met u at Glasgow or on the plane ,same flight out .

Not much damage about although they were/are cleaning up everywhere ,think Orlando missed the big storm ,it was only cat 1/2 when it went through there , big big difference from cat 4/5 . Prob about 69/70 mph difference . A few roofs had big blue tarpolans on them here or there . Now back home this morn .already feel like a lifetime ago I was over there lol.

Well done all from sunny Orlando Florida , been in the 90,s since we've been here apart from last 2 days when it's only been 86/87' , hope the birds missing turn in from a well known graveyard of a race ,especially in the west .

Just two guys I've spoken to Matt Luke 10/13 and Martin Hughes 10/14 that was within an hour of first birds . So looks like a good race in Glasgow today .

I think most end up in farms /farmland living off the harvests , that's why we see some return after it runs out , I got one back on Saturday ,lost 2weeks earlier ,think it came up the road with our race birds as it arrived the back of 3pm ,winners were in around 2pm , it was thin ,rubber still on very red feet like streeters and clay up its legs and it smelled a bit . So def think living on a farm until the urge to home .

Both were very well bred bill . I've known Robert trotter since I was a boy ,a genuine guy . Used to partner big jock Barr from kilbirnie . Just before big jock packed in and sold his farm .

Great sale last night , a big thank you to uddingston club for use of their premises , and to all who donated to the sale which made just short of £2500 , and also all who turned up to either look or buy ,it was a very good turn out thanks again guys . Ps cracking club hut ,why does the snfc not use this for marking ,think it's a bit bigger than new mains .with a good sized car park .
