  4. not me mate have plenty room for my birds and only breed/keep about 30 youngsters in a 9ftx6ft section, ive nine pair of yearlings in a 6ftx6ft section, and 12 pair of oldbirds and a few more yearlings in a 10ft x6ft section so i dont think that is overcrowding .

  7. i enjoyed the night chating to some old friends and meeting up with bart and biiiiiiigggggggg gareth all 7ft 10inches of him , although i never new homer was there , he never introduced himself the comedian wasnt the best ,but ive seen chubby brown and the legend hector nicol live so ive been spoiled. and bart i didnt give much away? , the truth is you never listened mate. ;)you must have been thinking about the (lap)dancing. ;)i forgot to mention wullie semple do you still want that application form for the snrpc? ;)pm me if still interseted lol

    wood worm

im a joiner mate and thats one thing your tought when your serving (wasting) your time,as soon as the holes appear the worm has come out and turned into a beatle and moved on.(to your garage roof lol)
  11. i agree with some of your post, but there is a difference .some of these sprint birds could fly 500 miles ,jmo only in a blow home , thats there limit ,im still waiting to here of an outstanding performance with these sprinters at 500 miles plus in a steady to hard day, give me a good long distance family any day of the week and you all can keep these (sprinters) there's no room in my loft.
  12. i would'nt bet on that , 2/3years everyboby is on ets , your having a laugh ,most and i mean most who have it have only got it because they got it for nowt, i for one will be happy with my antiquated t3 ;)and im not anti ets .
  13. i agree far too many variables , some familys mature quicker than others, (sprint pigeons) you could find these quicker than (distance pigeons ), as some distance birds dont mature/show anything till there maybe 2 or 3 years old, i have birds that have done absolutely nothing till they went to the distance they were bred for, then i had a bird that won from 60miles 1st club, 1st race then won the last race from clermont in france 543 miles 1st club 1st fed only two in race time , in same season, so all birds are different , so its trial and error mate sorry
  14. add to that if he breeds 100 youngsters well thats another 150 euro's, £110 sterling, and that would be every year. YOUR dues seem very high .490euro's thats about£400 plus/year wow that a lot.
