well mate do the yearlings race in old bird races ? if the answer is yes then its an old bird .

it is an old bird on the 1st of january the very next year after birth (still classed as a yearling ) but it is an old bird and can race or show in any old bird race or show.

first babies hatche out today , will have around 24 first round with a couple going out to sales and others promised to friends .

maybe its a bricon thing who knows but its a defo that they get 4/5 pages per member on a friday and a saturday ,and talking about race sheets most only use one/two per week still a lot less than ets users . vander was moaning about it mate naw me .

how does any complaint put costs up? the only complaint i have heard from the ets guys is the price or rings and its certainly got nowt to do with conventional clock users . i think you should quit billy . ;D ;D ;D

correct me if im wrong but its one thing that i learned all those years ago that the moult is normally trigerred on the second round of eggs after rearing on the first. in other words you should have split them before they went back down on the second round of eggs. i know of some top roundabout /widowhood fliers that lift either the cock or hen away when the first young/round is/are about 14 days old and only one parent finnishes them off . they do this to stop the moult . again jmo.

well i use one of the clubs T3's but would might get ets in the future .

and how exactly does the non ets guys use a printer ? i know in our club theres about 5/6 using ets and them and only them use the club printer and to be honest theres about four or five pages each on a friday and a saturday ,thats some amount of paper/ink being used imo. but im not moaning about it just answering your comment . oh and national races are as follows snfc 2 inland races and 4 overseas races and a young bird race ,the snrpc 1 inland race and 3 overseas races and a youngbird race ,so if you race snfc you have 7 nationals and if you race snrpc its 5 nationals and if you go to both thats 12 nationals, your comment please ?

so the club printer for ets doesnt use ink cartridges or paper ? and the ets men still use rubbers in national races if im not mistaken .

working today tomorrow sunday and monday ,but the wife says think of the money :o ,oh and same here sapper cold frosty but clear calm day birds have been out since 6:30 .

hi billy i bought them in 1982 /83 at a louella away sale in kilmarnock ayrshire , payed a pretty penny for them as well ,lovely looking/handleing/ballanced pigeons with lovely soft silky feathering ,imo the perfect long distance pigeon ,i topped the fed a good few times with them out to about 300 miles but after that they went down like an amsterdam prossy .even tried crossing them with other top long distance established birds that i had still could'nt get them accross the water (500 miles)

i disagree with you on this as it will definately be darker when its moulted just like its sire .the colour is a red chequer plain and simple .
