  11. I'm a member of several sites not all in this Country, some for various reasons I do not visit very often, but the options always there I'm still a member. Why you want to leave is your own bussiness If you feel that strong about it just log off and leave it at that.If you really have a bee in your bonnet sort it out bring it out into the open or pull the plug full stop. Lindsay
  12. I would go along with that, and if you can have it facing your house, that way you can watch the lofts through the window keep an eye open for cats etc,Also handy if there are any late comers . Lindsay.
  13. Appart from being disapponted , I was bloody disgusted and very angry. The Nantes Centenary race, had a great season scored well nearly every race and picked out two of my best candidates for this race .They couldn't stand still .Liberated with no chance of getting home (IMO).Television cameras etc .etc.Didn't clock in race time infact in our club the race was not won.On the day after the race closed I went to open the loft (not a happy chappie) and a small dark figure was laying on the loft step.I went to pick her up and she just fell over,I wasn't seriously mad till then.Reports of fishermen netting dead birds on the channel etc.She recovered but was never the same pigeon again. Lindsay Her mate never made it.

I don't know a great deal about putting a heater in a pigeon loft ,I thought better ventilation would assist decrease the humidity if you have a heater in the loft surely you would have to decrease ventilation to increase heat.Am I wrong on this subject, please advise why you require heaters ?.I live in the dampest place in the UK. the Lake District am i doing something wrong,my birds are healthy, droppings ,you can pick them off the perches ????????? Lindsay.
