Looking at that date,it looks as though mines out of date as well .Just had an email off Hyperdrug saying their stock use by date is 1/06/13

Might be a silly question this lads,then again. Colombovac is made in America and they do their dates different to the UK. So my question is. The date on my vaccine says 11-10-2012. UK. obvious 11th. October. American 10th. November. Which one is correct ?

I think nail varnish remover might be too strong and melt the plastic,garages use as product called brake cleaner,I have used this to remove glue etc.from plastic with success.

I read some time ago that linseed should be given after the main meal,any views on this. Mine are getting cider vinegar 5 days a week the other 2 sedochol,linseed after the meal.When I open up in the morning a handful of red band.
