Build any first ever loft in the end of June and tonight I have send 5 young birds with Lanarkshire for my first ever race and I it feels like Christmas has came early as I’m so excited for tomorrow to see them coming home , iv always wanted to race pigeons myself and now tomorrow is the day, even tho iv seen over the past few weeks a lot of feds have had bad returns but iv always wanted to race this year so heard hoping for a good time in tomorrow and good to returns for everyone, it’s a big fed to compete on and hopefully next year I can race in the national which would be a massive achievement for myself

What annoys me about guys getting there pigeons back is they have telephone number on there ets, is it really that hard to pick up the phone

Batch of 15 straight over the house at 8 30 so pigeons still trying to work there way home

Just a thought I was thinking about last night, as the first few races are only 50-80 mile so even maybe basket the pigeons on the morning of the race, say pick up collections start from 9 and get there for a midday lib, if that could be a idea for youngsters instead of being in baskets overnight for such short races
