that is how it should be but it is not always the case thats why louella wont buy at auctions anymore.

I once tried gangster and was told i was not allowed to view the commision bidders highest bid as he might get it at a lower price. the r.pr.a has a rule book for auctions i might just send for one, as the standard rules cover very little.

I avoid auctions just dont trust them, far better to see a price on the pen, I have seen all the anticks that go on in past years, with so called commision bids. and was told what to watch for by an auctioner.
