  6. yes i said at the begining of this topic that as secretary i had come across it years ago, when i contacted local region, thay said no way it could be done and thay would back me if it was taken to the region by a member.

  15. training your birds yourself does not have the advantage that race birds do, thay are not away overnight, not in a mass liberation, do not have to learn to break from batches at home end.

  17. had the same problem with a member several years ago, contacted north east region thay said one ring had to be removed, it is the ring that is raced not the bird, but with it carring two rings of differant years it can not be defined wot ring it is flying under. the same member contacted contacted the midlands national to see if he could fly them in ob races thay said no,

  21. i tried most of the above kept them out of the loft for a time, the best way is to collect them up after dark and get rid of them it took a couple of weeks.
  22. ues light or dark system if left natural after the first few races your ybs will be getting down to there end flights.
  23. i am only going by race results that i have done over recent years and roundabout hens have betten natural most times,
  24. will start moult at 6 weeks some go through moult faster than others, are you putting them on darkness.
  25. i will fly roundabout all the way, dont see why some pair when thay go over the water.
