Sorry to hear this,years ago when I first started I ordered 6 ybs from an advert in one of the papers and was told I would get them in a week,after about a month and getting no reply from the lowlife who was selling them I phoned Bilco and told him the story,he told me he would make sure I would get my money back and the lowlife who did this would never sell a pigeon again,i got my money back a few days later and phoned Bilco to thank him, being a new start the great man spent a while giving me advice and will never forget that,RIP.

Would be very surprised if any live vaccine is allowed in the uk for pigeons,legally that is.
