Ghostrider,s post is good . your problem will be if he challenges you Cem .as regards a grid map , they are not accurate enough when it comes to boundary fences . a land registry report used to cost £100 . has he maintained the land for over 7 years ? ie cut the grass or grown vegetables kept hens upon it and fenced it off ? if so , you may have a fight on your hands . any dispute between neighbors must be declared when selling your property too.
