Not a doctor but heading towards been a health freak lol , worth a try guys swap your salt with some pink Himalayan rock salts these have many health benefits Also shortness of breath is usually caused by narrowing of the arteries with fat so less blood is oxygenated , if you smoke and stop you'l improve your health but try eating more oats and certainly reduce fatty food

Yup there will always be a element that give good fanciers bad names , totally wrong of this guy to deny ownership but a email to union would of sorted that out . I think stray rules at best need to be updated I can see both sides of the argument , no one likes to lose money in having birds returned in a box . We have a vast network of fanciers all around the country and from time to time have helped loads of fanciers have there birds returned for free . Wagons should all bring back the stray basket and allow strays to be released after liberation of birds , this would get most birds home . Then if people stamped location you live and or phone number on there birds this would also help those that want to feed your bird up and give it a helping hand back home . We do need to help ourselves and when we find these people we should tell them how there coming across and bringing down the good name of our sport , if was me I'd be ringing the union up to find his secretary and putting a complaint in about his conduct , it costs nowt to be honest and frank and if your pleasant enough people will go out of there way to help your birds get home
