the NPA only issue the SG rings to the British Show Racer society. If you are unable to contact Danny Fergason then Ray Bisset will have a register for the NPA rings issued by the BSRF

can you confirm the sequence on the metal ring is GB90L30210. If it is it would make the bird 19 yrs old and probably an old ring used on a younger bird. The problem is the RPRA only keep records for 10 years.
