bruno i wont mention" milton" :) i can see your point, as the last few days have been particularly freezing, but thankfully its not allways like that, im sure the birds know its going to freeze, and take more water ,in a oner ,than normal, so its just as easy changing it as normal, each day, ive never seen them any the worse off for it :)

i think we all go over the score in adding,too much to the water i think some birds must wonder what "real" water is nowadays :)

i have the same ,ankylosing spondulitisits[ no joke,],tried cider vinegar, never helped, but now trying, glucosamine sulphate, thats how i cant sleep now, very painfull,i have every sympathy for you mate. as far as the birds go, cider vinegar is good . but i think we can all get carried away ,with too, many additives in the water.p.s hope your keeping better than me, at least we an help one another, as its quite a relatively rare desease, some forum members have been a great help to me, cheers mate, if i can be of any help, just p.m. me

yes speight hormoform is very good, but it is fairly expensive, as i said before a good diet of peas and beans, some babies milk powder in their water,[ or the other way mentioned in an earlier post] plenty grit and minerals, and you should have nice plump healthy ybs, one thing i do beleive in though, is that they must get a good start in life, otherwise their never any good

because i beleive, there are far to many politicly based arguements, that are putting fanciers off, instead of pulling together, and enjoying their racing,
