thats what i have in my wee aviary , concrete floor running to the far corner where i put a brick with holes [facing brick ] so i can hose it out ,, i hose it out with bleach [let it dry], but the bleach drainage from the holey brick cleans all the outside slabs as well ,then hose the lot down only diff, i put plywood on the floor so i can take it out and let the sun dry it , but i dont really like it as it can get damp under the boards , so changing it

i bought a bird bred off a nat winner for £60[after a wee bit of bartering ;D] this bird has bred two winners since and the birds sister or brother , cant remember :-/ won a race since when this and another bird were delivered here , through coincidence rose was here [with another fancier] im sure she wont mind me saying this, but after handling the pigeon was very impressed indeed , now to say that 50th against 2000 birds and 32 against 1150birds just goes to proove his honesty,,,not saying the bird has ten firsts then not disclosing maybe only 6members like some would say , then off course theres the breeding of the birds so as far as im concerned its your choice to buy or not to buy , but as long as hes donating to the forum, hes helping the forum keep running , so i cant see anything wrong in that ,,,,,,mind you if this brother ever wins a combine or national ,my bird would sell for more than £60 ,so not a bad buy i would say

i have purchased pigeons from stuart ,, very pleased indeed with them , value for money ,i would say , if hes donating to pb,[,,keep donating stu ;D,], the members are happy with the birds they purchase ,,,,,, stuart is happy with his adverts , all happy :) nowt wrong with that ,,,,i just wonder how many members have donated for the service pb gives them i, for one have paid my way [it costs money to run the forum]so all you scoffers ;D ;D ;D get your hand in your pocket and send at least something p,s out of the few ive purchased ,ive given the yb,s away , 2 winners reported , differant members

think your getting wee bit mixed up here ,, the sacc at the bush estate is not defra [but all these depts must notify defra of notifiable diseases ] the vla is another different dept [ which is mainly for farm animals]at the bush , then there's the dick vet at the bush, the large animal practice at the bush the small animal practice ....all different departments [but all must notify defra of notifiable diseases ] all im saying is you would have been quicker with the sacc as this is their expertise

i think you would have been better and quicker using the sacc [they are excellant experts on any avian species ]

the sacc is nothing to do with VLA ,[in the sense their differant depts] my understanding was the VLA was at lasswade , however nothing to do with the place i was talking about this was a dr, briant [s a c c ], i dont know that doc you mentioned [ive never had anything to do with that dept ] all deps must notify defra [if its a notifyable desease ]

i swallowed one when i was a kid,,,,doc told my mother to put me to bed till she sees some change ;D ;D ;D

the V.L.A, is the,,,vet lab agency ,,,,public animal health for farm animals deseases :-/

its actually quite dangerously the opposite,, humans can get meningitis from pigeon droppings ,,,mind you ive been scraping lofts a long time , never caught it yet
