  1. Top notch by the Peggies
  2. Well done Jim, 2 in a trot.
  3. Fantastic result for you last night Gary but the returns are horrendous all over, 3/19 here expletive remove
  4. Came back to find my 3 rd in loft, just as well I’d set my clock again.I heard at clock check a guy in London had 17 Scottish pigeons on his roof and seemingly 100 s if Scottish pigeons in Ramsgate.Shambles
  5. Full cloud cover? Blanket skies is the worst conditions for liberating pigeons. I heard the birds didn't clear for 45-60 minutes, also 500 headed south after they decided to clear. If that other transporter was full of pigeons then it was a total f k up. A wee enquiry needed as everyone lost their best birds here.
  6. Got another at 10.03 pm
  7. Got a doo fae Maidstone and my Ets failed ( lost power expletive remove) just as well I set a clock.
  8. Imposters Roland, do you honestly think Scots would throw a drink away? lol
  9. 😂
  10. Think ye won the lottery Mick?
  11. No restrictions at Guernsey John, good stuff.
  12. That doesn’t look positive to me Glen. The Snfc MUST inform their membership before Thursday if they will be flying from Guernsey or not. If another coast race is put in place, it should stand for awards ( silver , gold ) as it did when the programme was changed in the 80 s.Fanciers are sending their distance pigeons all year expecting a chance of a channel race and this should be taken into consideration.
  13. Fanciers will have to tell the SNFC how many they intend to send to let them decide if any limits are needed.
  14. Well done m8, great work
  15. Maidstone 19/6, Eastbourne 25/6, Blandford Forum 2/7, Guernsey 9/7
  16. Sent 15 with Lanarkshire and got 11 on the night and 3 early today so quite happy with 14/15 because I know I have been very fortunate again according to some reports. ps. still got a right good hen to come. Also got another from last weeks national hawked, so 16/18 there. My returns this year have been unbelievable going with Lanarkshire ( except for Hexham which was a bad yin for me )
  17. Well done Jim
  18. Its looking grim for continental racing, we will just have to make do with Guernsey.I hear the SNFC are meeting tomorrow to discuss it, hopefully they can put an extra Guernsey on. Is it correct the UNC have 3 Guernseys booked now?

  20. NFC Newsflash -San Sebastian This news flash brings a much brighter and optimistic message from the National Flying Club regarding the 2021 Grand National. The hope is that a route to San Sabastian has been found and after many hours of negotiation there is a quiet assurance that the NFC Grand National could take place from San Sabastian on the 31st of July. Obviously, as you can tell with the tone of my writing, nothing has been set in stonebut as a Committee we think it is best to let the members know to allow them to prepare their candidates. As you all know in the current situation there are no guarantees but the move to the end of July will give us around seven weeks of preparation and if in the meantime we are allowed to go into France, the Grand Nation will revert to Pau, also on the 31stJuly. Any organisation who would wish to join in this race as a joint liberation are welcome to contact the Chairman, Mr Paul Naum. NFC Press Officer Chris Sutton
