Nothing to do with being miserable, work nights, at the moment I have to get up after around 3 hrs sleep and go to the marking station, then have to leave there around half 5 to get a bus home, feed my doo,s and get back to work for half eight, so as far as central marking goes it wouldnt suit me even if I wanted to go

And a lot of people didnt go because of the central marking

Aye exactly the way I,m thinking, when the SNFC had the central marking it was only for the one race and there was no alternative race to go to, also it was the Gold Cup. I never went as I dont drive and had to work. Also as discrimination is illegal if the SNFC was to go down the Central marking route, they could not subsidise the North and South sections with transporting their birds to the marking without offering the same service to the guys in the East and West.
