  3. it could be the one on the wigan road out of leyland, there's an old farm that has a pet shop and shed shop, next to the pet cemetary before you hit the railway bridge on the way to euxton - any chance???

  6. the hybrids are called Kellas cats derived from the estate that the first ones were captured on. I'm part way through reading a book on them, by a woman that caught some, kept them and bred off them.

  12. Spoken to the owner again today and he wants the bird feeding up and liberating, what do you reckon? It's a YB, quite thin, and presumably still has some distance to go, what do you all think her chances will be?

  23. hi guys, the time has come for me to join a club as I will hopefully race my first season next year, but, which club do I join? I'm looking at racing longer distances, but starting off with young birds for the first season. Do I join a local club to start with, then look at the NFC later, or just join the NFC? Does the NFC have YB races? If I don't join a local club how do I get my birds into a race, like, marking station etc? sorry to ask what are probably obvious questions but can't seem to find the right info anywhere else! thanks in advance Lee
