Showing so called footage could also bring a charge of "bringing the Sport in disrepute" the police will give you the legal side and stop anyone being charged with "Incitement" or "Homophobia" after reading some of the postings. If people are not man enough to bring about charges at club,Fed. or regional level it would seem the evidence is not strong enough and the rumour mill is running riot.

Why don't the people who collected the "evidence" come on the site and put this issue to bed once and for all i have heard a lot of I have heard,I believe,someone told me, until I hear it from the "Horses Mouth" then I will take it with a pinch of salt. It is not too hard to join the site so please come forward and give it to us straight then we may have a positive result. This is tearing the sport apart up here lets put it to bed once and for all with a result that would make it "virtually" impossible to happen again.

The whole crux of the matter lies in the decision of the Glasgow Fed members they took a democratic decision to reject the application of Kirkintilloch pigeon club - Can we please move on

I was not a member when Kirky left the Glasgow Fed. but raced against them when they were in the East section I recently rejoined after a long absence ,would it be pertinent to ask what was the reason for the original decision to leave the Glasgow Fed.
