Seems a bit harsh freedom of speech and all that - yes there was a bit of agro but apologies accepted on both sides. If any of the posts offended surely they are the ones that should have been removed.
Vic -- ETS can have birds entering 4 to 6 different access points but only need one clock (six different entry points) you are only allowed ONE clock doesn't matter how many access points you have - but then rules are rules and we abide by them after all it's a democracy and it was voted in .
I wonder how many with ETS sit out in incliment weather in the allotments to clock their birds most are probably out shopping with the wife.
I suppose it's called compromise
Looks like it was a tough race I think the early times reflect this 1/2-28mins,2/3-43mins,3/4-14mins,4/5-3mins,5/6-38mins & 6/7-8mins all approx - well done to the winner
I haven't a clue to who Scott Gibson is but if the SHU is to investigate all this airing of "Dirty Linen" in public could seriously jepordise the case. It would have been better if this hard evidence exists to have been put in the hands of a lawyer and forwarded onto the SHU or the police that way it eliminates the so called "Witch hunts" and justice should be served.
I for one would like to thank Jeremy for getting the birds back into condition with 5 days in the basket and then the weather.
Excellent job - well done
How in the name of heavens did it land up away over there where was it racing from. It could have been sent on to Fort William and picked up on any route in to Glasgow.
Was reading about a fancier who struggles to fit rubbers into the thimbles as he is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and would benefit from the thimbles clock. ETS was brought in on the back of the disability act surely you cannot then discriminate between illnesses as in this sport without agile fingers it could mean the difference between first and last and it could be a big one.
