Albear , please do not take this wrongly, I believe you have made a grand and honest gesture. I stand corrected on your character. regards spencer P.S get bidding people , sounds like a god pigeon!!
-
I am optomistic Albear and hope we can end the ill feeling and get along, thank you spencer

I agree with the thread, selling pigeons on here has become at times stupid beyond the practicality of it, I know you are refering to me PIGEON MAN when you say that some sellers give abuse, I get tired of irellevent questions about pigeons that are no longer for sale and irrellivent to the thread, I have done my best to explain things and even gave my nuber out so I can talk in person , and clear up any misunderstandings. ALSO as for a certain person selling birds cheaper than myself because they are a generation further down the pedigree !! I totally agree with you as I know the pigeons well and believe they will breed winners generation after generation, I personally think the gentleman should ask more, but they are affordable to the average joe at his prices , are they not? Most pigeon people , not all, want something for nothing and when you consider that certain fancierrs put alot of time , effort, and their own money into pigeons , i find it insulting that if you offer a pigeon for £40 someone offers you a £10 privately !!! thats the sort of people, pigeon people are !! not all but believe me most . A pigeon is not just a pigeon it is somebodys ideal and hard work. anyway you can all feel free to call me whenever , I wont hide and am not affraid to answer questions, I will also add I cull heavily I cull with an iron hand and nothing that is considered rubbish will be resold, thats not how i opperate, an example, I had 4 direct pigeons from Heesters Bothers Ruesel, Holland , and when they arrived I culled them . Why ? especially after I paid alot of money for them.. simple, they where rubbish !! I would hope that people who wanted to buy from me would consider myself trustworthy, they can approach me any time. regards spencer

do not panic. any new birds should be isolated 14 days before putting into your own loft. the pigeon has endured some stress , moving loft and location, different feed, and water. tell your friend or yourself to put bird in isolation and keep it clean, light feed and plain water . give a vitamin to the water 10 days after isolation. if the pigeon does not recover ater a total of 21 days cull it. just remember if you value your birds you would not introduce other birds , without precautions.. good luck spencer

KORHIL this is in no way any of your fault mate you and others who have met me have all acted with integrity and honest intentions thank you. spencer
-
i intended selling the birds originally, and as KORHIL did me a good turn and a favour, I thought I would then give them to him as a return gesture, as they did not sell, although I did get offers after the event, but I gave my word to KORHIL they were he's. KORHIL then explained he would not be able to have the birds due to he's reasons which are private to the man. I then offered them to one of the original interested party and he soley bought them. (ANDREW) ANDREW also bought a further 2 birds from me and once at home decided he had to many birds and an odd hen , he then asked my permission if the bird could be resold, offering it back to myself first as i always have first refusal on my birds. I granted him this oppotunity to sell the bird. ANDREW has now resold the bird, well done. THE party's involved KORHIL, ANDREW, THE NEW OWNER, AND MYSELF are all happy with our decisisions and regret nothing in any transaction that followed any choices made by the said people involved. I originally asked ALBEAR a question about he's pigeon offered as an interested party wanted to bid but does not have internet access, so i acted as a third party so to speak, but what i got back was not an answer to any question . just ALBEAR attacking others in the forum. I know ALBEAR is an older player and does not have anything nice to say about anyone, HE seems set on attacking me and being nasty, I have offered pigeons to charity which he would not do. I will state some things about albear, he is a man scared of change , who keeps lots of pigeons and is severly overstocked , who does not head the prize list in he's club or federation or any other organisation, who offers pigeons that have bred nothing for him in 2-3 years at he's loft , which is just weeding out rubbish but rather sell it on than cull it. ALBEAR has never been a top fancier or player and never will be !! and in realising this trys to attack and discredit others who have goals and objectives in the sport. I will again offer my hand in ending this silly pathetic fued which he persists in holding .. its over ALBEAR i will not rise to your baiting or childish taunts. I do not Think Albear will take up my offer as he is the kind of person he is. I do however wish ALBEAR and everyone all the best in whatever they do. My friends shall not be put off by anyones childish vendictive behavour. all the best spencer

can you give details on your results albaer, like what club and make available your breeding records so we can confirm this please, as a potential buyer i must be careful as you can appreciate , of con men!! thanks spencer
-
What has this pigeon bred albear? you have had it 3 years so has it bred any good birds? it is nearly 8 years ?? breeding record of the pigeon is? you say your confident it will breed 600mile birds? how many 600 mile pigeons have you got from it? that have flown 600 miles? why you getting rid? just a couple of questions as i have no faith in your confidence as i put up a bird for charity and you were invited to match it for charity and never did, but rather sell making miney to line your own pocket , so i have no confidence in your word .!! i await your answers refering to the said pigeon thank you so much spencer.

this is a lovely hen andrew , i hope you get a buyer as they will be getting something special. spencer
-
Andrew is a genuine fella , I have met him on 3 occasions now and found no fault with the guy.
-
thanks for the honesty andrew, but to be totally honest guys, the meulemans pigeons are quality and you have to get the right ones, not just pigeons with the name meuleman attached !! you know what i mean. If A ndrew is offering meulemans at £60 and I offer them at £75 then you buyers who want to improve or try something good are spoilt for choice, Andrews meulemans are quality this I do know !! so people buy from whoever you feel you can get the best deal from, my prices stay at £75 and Andrews will I think increase in time , so get them at £60 if you got the chance ... you wont be sorry with the gentleman selling you pigeons, he is a top guy. but I may throw in a bacon sarnie and cuppa for the extra £15 ... ;D ;D ;D
-
We at Timbarra are now taking orders for Meulemans only, we offer them at £75 each, or £50 when ordered in 6 or more. These are the real deal and are absolutely cream and will be paired in march. if interested contact me via email or call 07989 746150

timbarra replied to m5mel@aol.com's topic in Birds For Sale
MEL. a very nice pigeon and thanks for offering it, I am already stocked well but thanks for the offer, if a pigeon is worth having it is well worth shipping and quarantine to have it. greeting spencer -
mick I have woken up with a few scary marys before mate..... no stopping for cornflakes , just gone .. thanks mark and schouwman for your comments. I just feal the price is the price, after all if you buy a sofa you dont ask how many people have sat on it, but i will endeavour to try and answer questions more directly in the future. cheers spencer
-
thank you billy, and Eagleowl, yes your quite correct my youngsters start at £40 each and go up in price to £300, depending on the parents and bloodlines and performances. I wil be selling youngsters from this cock for £80 each but they will be limited and so the 2 gentlemen getting them for £30 have done well, and I commend them on their fast no hesitant attitude to aquire good pigeons from a champion. others can ask questions and sit typing all day putting people down and dreaming about wether they want to spend money on good birds... instead of picking up the phone calling me and securing a good deal and making a new friend in the process. thank you to the droves of people who show genuine support for myself and others. thanks spencer

Thanks mick, I can only put it down to jealousy mate as it drives people to an obsession to persecute others. which is a sad existance within the human race. Also I would like to reply to barts statement, it is unimportant if i am happy or not, what is parramount to me is that the buyer is happy, PIGEON-MAN you have your answer and it is still irrelevant to you because the 2 youngsters are sold. And I agree with Gangster go to louella and buy a youngster from a champion and see how much your quoted 0r pay £30 for a youngster and ask if the parents have bred winners !!! more often you willget an answer... I am sure. I would like also to inform there is a bird movement restriction now in place and I am unable to despatch at the moment.. I will be in touch with DEFRA to update my buyers. thanks spencer ( the one most love to be jealous of lol )
