As this was my first year sending with the SNFC newhouse marking was way way below what I was expecting for a NATIONAL marking station. The premises was not the only problem there was completely no organisation, before anyone starts I was on the ringer 3 times at the 3 races I went too so I do help out when asked and when I can. Even if there was a SNFC rep standing at the front of the que telling people what table to go to when a table came free would make so much difference I know the sport is mostly made up of the older generation but there was guys standing for hours that looked like they barely could walk surely these guys could get a fast pass right up to the front? I think it would be a good idea to try and arrange all helpers before the marking so there is select guys in place to help and no others would have to be found on the night, then there would be no need for anyone walking behind the basket line who shouldn't be there. ( I know finding folk can't always be possible) I think the SNFC should go to all races on there own no duplications whatsoever. Also I think the SNFC should buy it's own transporter and convoy to all races on there own if the price per pigeon had to go up so be it........Pigeons at the longest race flying up in batches of MNFC doos dropping off in some areas 300 miles south of were the pigeons are homing too must be a killer for the pigeons flying up to Scotland The first 3 points should be very easy to sort the next two more difficult. I wouldn't really comment on the programme because I don't think I have the knowledge to given an accurate opinion on plus I don't think that is the only issue I do realise I haven't been in the doos long enough to wear out a scraper as Henrik pointed out but all I want to see is a club for me to enjoy when I'm the same age as you guys
