If the east looks good to race from on Saturday the Lanarkshire should look at moving back to Otterburn but we know this won't happen Hopefully the weather changes and we get a race on Saturday holdovers are a killer lol

I think with the losses getting worse year on year you will see short distance racing come more to the front of the sport as it's near impossible to build a team of channel birds

Not a feather today Still 9 awol from this race I have only two pigeons reported this year both have been small ybs lost of the loft and both reported about 5 miles from my loft by the same fancier ybs reported about 3 months apart

The doos either love it or hate it lol

after two seasons of stopping after the third race it has got me nowhere to be honest I have wintered a lot more doos needed only to go down...so this year each pigeon will go as far as the moult will allow

I saw this on another site and thought it was a great proposal All to often there are fanciers trying to join Clubs who refuse their entry without a valid reason. Most of the time the refusal is based on facts which are either false or fabricated. Most of the time these fanciers are declined simply because they are good flyers. Jealousy or fear of being beaten finds them being turned away. When these fanciers speak out they are branded trouble makes. Their fate is then sealed under this false assumption. A new proposal to take to the RPRA Any fancier who resides within a Club Radius or within a Radius determined by the RPRA automatically qualifies for membership of that Club unless the applicant has been previously expelled, suspended or found to be unfit to keep Racing Pigeon by the RPRA. The rule allows the sport to be fair and rule out biased behavior by individual within Clubs or Club Committees. Views appreciated.
