I am a support worker with Lanarkshire Association for Mental Health. I support people who are experiencing mental health issues and have become detached from their community or families, the objective is to get them back on their feet and out and about, i get real pleasure seeing them regain confidence in themselves. My training includes suicide prevention and crisis situation training, as well as simple things like food hygiene. Its not nearly the best paid work i've ever had but it is by far the most rewarding when i meet old clients and hear them say how well they are doing now.

It was a pre meditated lie and he only stuck his hands up because Dallas made him do it, his job is no ordinary everyday job like ours, his depends on complete honesty at ALL times and he has been found wanting in that department. I personally wouldn't go up the local park and watch ANY spl game cos its a poor league full of poor teams, it doesn't need poor refs to make it (and Scotland) look even worse. Sack him.

For the record i've entered 22ish in the various likeliest racing classes and a couple in the eyesign, i KNOW more than 15 will get nowt, cos they're no good enough, but i like to give the shows plenty of support as i don't want them to disappear because of lack of interest from fanciers.

There is no room in sport for liars and cheats. How can his word or judgement ever be relied upon in the future, or how will fans react to dodgy decisions he is bound to make in future?, especially old firm games where violence results from bad refereeing decisions just now!! never mind on the back of this, mind you i'm interested to see if he is still in a job come Christmas. If he is? away fans should boycott matches until he is sacked. jmo

Its a .22 you need, hanging on the aviary?? No at ma lofts it wouldn't, well maybe Once but problem would be solved!! I have had more strikes at the lofts this year than the last 4/5 years together, but i solved it as it happened. I just make sure i'm always there when they are out, usually only weekends during winter for a fly and a bath. You know what they say, a bird in your hand etc etc.

I like to trap them, then i know the doos are getting rest at night. Traps for rodents/cats/foxes are set 24/7 from March to September. Though it was much easier with the Jack Russell kennelled out the back. Not got a dog this past few years so the traps are set.

If you go down the nearest building site where scaffolding is being used you will see Debris Netting around the s'fold, the site manager would probably let you have enough to do an aviary for nowt, they do around here. If not there is always the after dark option

I've watched a fair few and have picked up plenty of tips on loft design and the likes, but most of the racing advice on them is stating the obvious to me. Watched one called Small Is Beautiful and one of the guys explains how his jealousy system works, that was informative as i have never tried that. Still Haven't right enough!!

Personally i would stick to the Obvious!!
