We are never like you no steven ever going to keep everyone happy no matter where we choose to race from ,i do think that most members are now looking at the best way to keep there yb team intact and the fed stats provided by our secretary clearly states that the birdage remained far more consistant racing the a1 centre route with birds having a greater chance of working home on the second day ,the last few years after we had raced out of leyland with the youngsters the convoy had virtually been halved ,I personally have good and bad views regarding both routes the cumbrian hills (sedburgh ) area being the main problem on the west route ,and the volume of pigeon traffic as we get further down being the main issue with our small convoy on the other route,i do agree with you fathers views that whatever route we race it should be given four or five years with no chopping and changing got to be good for the doos in the long run ,just have to get the head down now and get on with it ,by the way stevie the fechan had more than there share of fed toppers going this way think i will start training frae your back garden think that would be good breaking point .
