Last Time a few month back took over a basket of yb's i had bred for a friend ,walked onto the boat at stranraer ,lady who operates the scanner her dad keeps the doos so no probs there ,so far so good as per usual ,brought birds back on at belfast that i was forwarding to north of inverness ,still no problems ,got of at stranraer so far so good ,thought i would get on the courtesy bus and save the legs when the bird behind the wheel said NO PIGEONS ON MY BUS SO WALK ,Lucky for me she is no piloting the boat

Just carried out some work at his house andy, drinks cabinet included .We are of to a moot together shortly he is enjoying his retirement and been taking first 10 in club with his natural yb's just wait till he tries the darkies next year .

I get dozens of Lanarkshire and Edinburgh area doos old and young in during a season ,no of boys from here working in those area's and have shown them how to lib birds safely they soon take a real interest in the birds well-being and ask of there fate,a good cheap way of getting birds within striking distance of home incurring 0 cost to the owners,buy the lads a beer when i see them in the pub works wonders surely there are other members who no of guys working away from home that could do likewise

You are 100% correct derek ,the weather here at present seems as if the hurricane has came early it has rained all morning and i mean all morning at present the rain is coming straight down can only be described as a monsoon ,thats why i am adding this post at present because i am unable to go to the loft which is only 3 yds away because of this weather it is unreal ,anyone shouting of birds being liberated please take a reality check ,question that i would ask is why were they sent in first place as many other organisations have cancelled and they were not racing into scotland where the worst weather has been predicted for a few days now ,should be brought home now as no chance of a race for next few days or they will be in sweden with the wind strenght.
