She got it sore m8 and from the picture it looks like the eye hasn't been damaged so with some time and tlc it should heal ok

My thoughts exactly Davie, the lids were damaged bad and I think it's the blood from there that has "welded" them shut. Left eye is the best of the two, the right may not recover but one eyed doos can function ok so if I just get the left open she will be fine.

Antibacterial powder for open wounds ,should get this from chemist ,just puff some on wound and the powder protects,drys,and heals up wound also disenfects of course.IMO

Hope you get her sorted we have all made daft mistakes , I lent a hen I bought direct from jos thone to a new start and he locked her in a box with a yearling cock she took major kicking and lost one eye but recovered . Just keep on top of the stress she,s under honey in water or probiotic to help . Fingers crossed

Done something simalar with a weaned fantail that got trapped in the wrong nest box, soaked layers pellets and large 60ml syringe, came alright in the end
