j888 Posted September 7, 2016 Report Posted September 7, 2016 Hi im 27 years old looking to start up racing from my back garden next season. Im in staffordshire and looking to get permission from the council to get a loft up that i will hopefully be purchasing from the blackpool show 2017. Anyone had any dealings with the council in staffordshire to do with pigeons and lofts ? Cheers J
