Took 6 late breds a toss Percy chased them split one it dived into ground giving the other 5 a chance to get away a thought looked behind me to see another perigrine holding one of my ybs .not seen any of them that's what's happening to our birds fin sick

Where did you toss them.

I note you are from Coatbridge area. Yesterday I tossed youngsters from Eurocentral.

I don't hear very well and I left the youngsters sit for a few minutes to adjust. My wife came out the car saying she could hear a screeching noise and she was certain it wasn't seagulls.

We searched the sky and saw no signs of hawk activity. I released the birds and they cleared like rockets.

The screeching continued and I looked round at the Amazon building to see a falconer standing with a falcon of some kind on a perch.

He nodded at me and I gave a 2 finger salute .

He continued to feed his hawk and I assume he has a contract to keep the area clear of ferals so it's probably worth noting that he is operating in that area.

Where did you toss them.

I had 2 injured and 1 missing last week tossing at Livingston into Ayrshire.

A friend also had a bad toss with some missing tossing at Whitburn into Renfrewshire.

That's the third time this year I have witnessed a kill and iam only looking in the sky of a radius of a mile an ppl are still arguing the case unbelievable

Aye the will blame phone masts, weather, illness etc.. We all know what's doing the damage.

It took one still the other 5 not returned probably illness mobile phones or clashing an the longer they are in the sky the more they are hit

Hope you get them back. problem is when they are miles from home.

Took 12 latebreds to the other side of loudoun hill lost 5 and three back with horrendous injuries so all going well I've changed my ways the more I loss the better would much rather it was 500 doos am libbing but like tesco says every little helps

Had 4 in the last 15 min since 11.30 today

They've been hiding and made run for home before darkness' glad you got them Kevin'. You know one is dead maybe the other will show up in the morning

Not seen any probably killed trying to get away a third down one strike

2vists today.whilst young birds were out.11st time rooks chased it away.2nd flying hedge night through the back gardens like looking for song birds I take it.male the first time,hen the second time.
