Mossgiel Posted February 22, 2016 Report Posted February 22, 2016 I had a Ch Cock that jumped the first round of eggs every year, normally when sitting about 5 days. The hen would sit a further few days and desert also. {Different hen every year } As it was my best racing cock, I would float his eggs under feeders. When the hen laid her second round of eggs, the pair sat the full incubation period and reared the youngsters as normal.
