Guest TAMMY_1 Posted August 9, 2015 Report Posted August 9, 2015 Just like the heading says racing still has it's share of lowlife scumbags, just let a young bird in that was dead keen to get in the loft but I did not think it was ours as it had a race rubber on it but was really desperate to get in so I was letting it in the avery and just caught it straight away and was checking the number to report it when I saw it was our ring but it was lost 3 weeks ago on a bad toss but some rat had got it in and had raced it :emoticon-0179-headbang:

THE FIFER Posted August 9, 2015 Report Posted August 9, 2015 could it not be ,someone putting it in the basket to give it a chance to home, it must be rubber rung to do so,

Delboy Posted August 9, 2015 Report Posted August 9, 2015 ive put rubbers on just for id tam maybe not what you think m8 but theres plenty scumbags out there allright Your right Wattie, I would imagine some folk put a rubber on the bird to let the owner know its been into another loft, I suppose a wee note tucked inside the ring would be better though
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted August 9, 2015 Report Posted August 9, 2015 In every walk of life there are scumbags, pigeon sport is no different.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted August 9, 2015 Report Posted August 9, 2015 ive put rubbers on just for id tam maybe not what you think m8 but theres plenty scumbags out there allrightwhy then would they take the phone number and address ring off ? Your right Wattie, I would imagine some folk put a rubber on the bird to let the owner know its been into another loft, I suppose a wee note tucked inside the ring would be better though aye and so would leaving the phone ring and address ring on be better
walterboswell59 Posted August 9, 2015 Report Posted August 9, 2015 why then would they take the phone number and address ring off ? you did not say that in your post tam yes dell used to put a wee line in the rubber to feed your own doos lol aye and so would leaving the phone ring and address ring on be better
