i think most will say not to (paint inside) yet , mine are done , and previous ones too. mainly because they were 2nd hand timber or "pre-owned" lofts . :animatedpigeons:

with the exception of ceilings and floors ?

you want your loft to breath--make it water proof and on a moist day the inside will be damp--only water based paint if you have to paint it then the wood will still breath.

That's what is happening now, whenever it's damp out floors are wet inside that's why i was going to try it

a bag of easy bed will cure your damp floor buster put a few hand fulls of garden lime on first and easy bed on top the easy bed draws up the dampness and because its loose it drys out very quick are you getting plenty air through the loft m8
