philg50 Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 George Mutch Gamekeeper jailed for 4mths for trapping and disposing of hawks that were threatning his livelihood over at Kildrummy Estate Alford not all that far from here i only hope this unreasonable sentence does not finish his job for good ,it is absolutely ridiculous that some one can be sent to jail for this yet assult robbery and other horrible crimes done to humans goes unpunished or they get a slap on the wrist ,RSPB went out of their way to set up cameras etc etc ,they should have never been allowed on the estate ,they will be happy when there are no small birds left makes me bl---y sick
b.massey Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 Justice in UK is a joke! They give paedophiles 12/15 months for abusing the kids and 4 months for getting Rid of a populated BOP that kills the birds we do want in our gardens Although due to the slack Scottish laws it will be halved to 2 months served but he will do 1 month inside and 1 month on home tag so only 4 weeks in the jail.... I'd do that to kill them tbh
yeboah Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 But they the RSPB did state that Goshawks were endangered species with ONLY 150 Breeding Pair in Scotland If it is the same clown that done the Peregrine Count you can multiply that Ten FoldPity Lying didn't carry a prison term Shocking Shocking Decision its people's livelihood they are messing with
peter pandy Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 Once again another person has fell foul of the law and it appears he did not have a clever lawyer to produce a defense capable of having his case thrown out of court in my opinion.Should it have been myself I would have made instructions with my lawyer to prove ENTRAPMENT as cameras were placed alowing me to continue creating an offence. The RSPB officers were tresspassing on a private estate with no right of way and should have reported it immediately to Law Officers "Police" which would have aproached me of the offence I was about to commit allowing me to reply the trap was for the removal of corvids. This would have been sufficient that I had been rumbled and disposed of the trap.
R.A.M.C.63 Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 But it not all good news for Rspb, Highland estate owner BANNED Rspb from estate after being perscuted by them , raids, allagations, rumers, had enough TELT them expletive removed* off stay off hes land,
tommy bhoys Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 thought the rspb was to protect birds of prey not watch them get killed so they can use the evidence as propaganda
peter pandy Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 thought the rspb was to protect birds of prey not watch them get killed so they can use the evidence as propaganda This is exactly what entrapment is.
white logan Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 thought the rspb was to protect birds of prey not watch them get killed so they can use the evidence as propaganda there are so many birds of prey now and getting convictions is worth more than the actual bird that's supposedly being persecuted the appeal fund carries more weight and get more donations when the RSPB bullshiters can quote offences and court appearances ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY
kingziemckay Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 it did make me wonder why the rspb, were filming and didnt step in to stop it,before he killed them,as people were there, just shows what the rspb are all about, making moneyand keeping there funding up,but they always have to be in the public eye,,,
gulkie Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 The only thing he done wrong was he got caught ,there is no ław of tresspass sińce the ław was Changed to right to roam ,as long as they stay to reconised roads an tracks And keep dogs on Leash ,i lease ground And i have to let them walk as long as they stick to the rules ,even at the riskOf being shot .google the gamekeepers ass And it will give you the country code .
