u couldnt make it up this guy has everyone squabbling despite having gone into print in national newspapers and accused every honest pigeon man of being jealous if he is reading these posts he will probably be loving it i for one resigned the day after the snfc agm as i was devastated at what went on this would have been my 28th year in the snfc and have had some wonderful results down thro the years alas no more as have had enough

Not once have i ever mentioned Boness marking station it was not myself that started this subject so i have no need to clear Boness of any wrongdoing.

You should get upto date on things Ian because you are the only one that believes that the pigeons were marked at Boness everyone else were they were marked.

 

You talk about a well ballanced view that you have , well i suggest you are getting fed false info by your ass(ociates) to make that view.

 

Perhaps your remark would be better aimed at those who have persisted in that allegation - they seem not to know where the birds were marked. I have already posted elsewhere where the birds were marked that year.

 

As early as post 17 on this thread Gareth, the finger has been pointed at Boness. This follows instances of similar allegations on previous threads.  You knew that this marking station was not involved with this man's birds that year. I pointed out to you that you knew, yet you still see no need to clear Boness of any wrong doing? Is that your idea of honesty and integrity?

 

You claim you did not start it, well you did, you set the ball rolling when you asked for an investigation based on rumour. You allowed those  rumours to run wild, and even now given the opportunity to set the record straight for at least one group of people who have been wrongly implicated in this, you don't see the need?  Yet you still believe that you are a well-respected fancier? Is that a good instance of your well balanced view? Don't you know you have made us all a right laughing stock?

On your latest information: A basket holds more than one member's pigeons. What other birds were shown to be in that basket? What happened to them? Are we talking here about a genuine clerical error on the part of the person marking the basket sheet number at Dundee? Is this what this whole witch-hunt boils down to - a clerical error??????????????????

,i was running the marking station and there was no clerical error you'v been told alot of crap!!, we put on the basket labels for the cocks and hens and basket numbers and someone removed them after they left dundee !!!!!

 

A bit of corruption in your post George. Was responding to Gareth's post that a basket couldn't be found. This is the first that I have heard that none of your baskets had any labels. One wrong basket number might be put down to a slip of the pen. This certainly can't. There was originally only one member's bird(s) involved, now you reveal there were many members' birds. Was the whole transporter re-marked then?

i have read most of this thread this situation seems to be going on for a while i cant understand how the situation is not sorted as it reflects bad on the whole organization i don't really know what going on but shouldn't it be sorted out quick as it reflects bad on us all as pigeon ppl there must have been a emergency meeting called to sort out the situation or is there one on the way so ppl know at least its going to be sorted out just my own opinion

i think it should be REmoved completely from the site. how this has been allowed heaven knows! i dont personally know any of those involved but some of the allegations made could land folk in serious bother. the matter should have been dealt with in the proper manner through the proper channels i.e club, fed, shu but it is difficult to see how a balanced verdict could be reached now.

been reading watching this thread for a while and personally think this is TRIAL BY MEADIA no one has given any definite PROOF  that this man has been cheating as Gangster said put it on the table and let us all see THE PROOF but there aint anyone got the GUTS to show us all proof all hearsay ,and why has all the GOVERNING  BODIES all washed their hand s of said scandal/cheating one thing spring to mind is NO EVEIDENCE ,so as another post said is it not better to get our house in order and stop bickering and put this crap behind us and move on and bring the doo game into the future ,i have been a supporter of the SNFC  all my pigeon life and since this has came to light of what i do not know about and dont want to know about has made me change my mind about the GREATEST  club that i have had the pleasure of beeing a member being dragged down to the lowest by so called people who think they have the interest of the club at heart and come on here and talk PURE P----  as that it what it is LOOK IN THE MIRROR and see what you are doing ,TRIAL BY INTERNET ,GUILTY ,TRIAL BY SHU ,SNFC ,NO EVEIDENCE  so gentelmen who is dragging the GREAT name of the SNFC through the mud YOU ARE by putting posts up here like this one THINK ABOUT LADS ,all the best to all you guys who have sent pigeions to the l,ong races this weekend
