Chris Little Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 We are members of both the SNRPC & SNFC and proud to have won national races in each. As you all know winning nationals isn't easy, however, the hardest victory was our SNRPC Cholet win. The reason we fly in both is we love pigeons and national racing, simple as that..... haven't got a milligram of interest in pathetic pigeon politics. Now then, there is nothing stopping me becoming a committee member of both of these clubs....... :)
Guest Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 its people like you that any committee needs chris but unfortunatley the distance that fanciers from the south and north have to travel to make meetings it is very difficult for thease people to make the meeting on a regular basis

I wouldn't think there would be any reason why you couldn't be a committee member with both the clubs. Unfortunately, even if you were I don't think it would solve the current situation between the two sets of members that couldn't agree todays date
frank1 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 i think the best for both is to lib with each other and have a combined result to start of with
Delboy Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 when IS the AGM 17th January, its early this year :-/

Anyone that is involved in the running of clubs, feds, nationals must be commended, whether is be president to clock setter, secretary to race markers, without them we would be finished
Guest bigda Posted December 31, 2008 Report Posted December 31, 2008 hi chris, how is it easy for you to fly in both nationals, and would you say the gold award merited any thing in both nationals or has one more meaning than the other :-/

I am aware of at least another 3 SNRPC committee members who compete in both clubs. I think that illustrates they the membership of SNRPC have the interests of pigeon racing at heart.
naedoos Posted December 31, 2008 Report Posted December 31, 2008 I believe one person is already a member of both committees and an asset to both. Hats off to the guy, wish there were more like him I am aware of at least another 3 SNRPC committee members who compete in both clubs. There are members of both clubs that fly in both clubs, gives them another bite at the cherry :-/ I think that illustrates they the membership of SNRPC have the interests of pigeon racing at heart. Stop being so patronising, If anyone didn't have pigeon racing at heart they wouldn't be doin it!!!
