We are members of both the SNRPC & SNFC and proud to have won national races in each. As you all know winning nationals isn't easy, however, the hardest victory was our SNRPC Cholet win.

The reason we fly in both is we love pigeons and national racing, simple as that..... haven't got a milligram of interest in pathetic pigeon politics.

Now then, there is nothing stopping me becoming a committee member of both of these clubs.......  :) :)

its people like you that any committee needs chris but unfortunatley the distance that fanciers from the south and north have to travel to make meetings it  is very difficult for thease people to make the meeting on a regular basis

Well said Chris and well done. I expect if there were three nationals you would fly in all three.

I wouldn't think there would be any reason why you couldn't be a committee member with both the clubs. Unfortunately, even if you were I don't think it would solve the current situation between the two sets of members that couldn't agree todays date :)

the people running clubs feds combine nationals and unions are i suppose "pigeon politicians" and without them where would we be,very easy and popular to do nothing, most of these fanciers give up time and also sometimes fame for the good of running our sport.not a go at you personally but if more fair minded fanciers would dip their foot in the water maybe we could move forward. :) :)

No worries mate, good post, my perception of a "pigeon politician" is one that devotes all his energy to basicaly stirring it up, mouthing off others, got plenty to say etc  rather than concentrate on his doos.

Anyone that is involved in the running of clubs, feds, nationals must be commended, whether is be president to clock setter, secretary to race markers, without them we would be finished

hi chris,  how is it easy for you to fly in both nationals, and would you say the gold award merited any thing in both nationals or has one more meaning than the other :-/

I believe one person is already a member of both committees and an asset to both.

I am aware of at least another 3 SNRPC committee members who compete in both clubs.

I think that illustrates they the membership of SNRPC have the interests of pigeon racing at heart.
