ALF Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 thats the problem alf too many clubs think they can keep people out wings04,delboy have no clubs to fly there birds in it should be up to the club to appeal to there governing body to keep someone out to prove they are undesirables and have no place in pigeons It's been happening for years Bart and will probably happen for years to come aswell..I've seen it happen at club meetings myself when only a few object to someone getting in but it is carried none the same mate...
ALF Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 thanks for that i wont be back ;D aye dont bother coming back either..you seen the mess your car made outside my compound : : : :P :P ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
frank-123 Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 i dont think the rpra have had a grant from anyone frank but the shu has!!!! no but clubs who are affliated to the rpra must adhere to there rules and i guess they changed the rule to allow rpra clubs to apply for grants so will the snrpc break rpra rules ?
frank-123 Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 It's been happening for years Bart and will probably happen for years to come aswell..I've seen it happen at club meetings myself when only a few object to someone getting in but it is carried none the same mate... because its happened for years doesn't make it right its wrong and most probably illegal
PIGEON_MAN Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 is it not a rule change in the rpra regarding proposer and seconder thought it changed to allow awards for all grants Clubs still have a right to turn down someone if they dont think he/she is a fit and proper member to have in the club.

JADE Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 how many applicants have been refused membership previously
ALF Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 my car was covered in mud i should sue gerry he told me it was ok underneath Deserve's you right for coming over the park in a bus anyway :P ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
frank-123 Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 Clubs still have a right to turn down someone if they dont think he/she is a fit and proper member to have in the club. just say i apply to join youir club so i fell out with you 5 years ago you tell you fellow club members i am a *expletive removed* i am blocked from joining your club because everyone believes you it should be up to clubs to prove i am not fit and proper member otherwise they must allow me to join
Guest IB Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 just say i apply to join youir club so i fell out with you 5 years ago you tell you fellow club members i am a *expletive removed* i am blocked from joining your club because everyone believes you it should be up to clubs to prove i am not fit and proper member otherwise they must allow me to join Most people's thoughts are stuck on only two reasons to refuse membership either you're too good at fleeing doos or you're a troublemaker. But there are other reasons: costs / facilities. One that I think might come up in the future is the all-ETS club, systems provided by the club. What happens when all the clubs ets systems are allocated, and two / three members apply? Has the club to fork out for 3 new ets systems (no cash in bank) or refuse membership? Is membership conditional on own clock acceptable (discrimination) What happens now at golf clubs why do they have waiting lists?
frank-123 Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 well if they dont have ets as all the units are out then you won't be using it are you joing a club to use ets or race pigeons for god sake surely when you put in your application to join a club you would be offered the first available ets unit if you want it
PIGEON_MAN Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 just say i apply to join youir club so i fell out with you 5 years ago you tell you fellow club members i am a *expletive removed* i am blocked from joining your club because everyone believes you it should be up to clubs to prove i am not fit and proper member otherwise they must allow me to join I believe any club as a right to turn down anyone and does not have to give a reason why, wether this is right or wrong is not the question because there is no ruling that says differant.
Guest Davy Fleming Posted March 22, 2009 Report Posted March 22, 2009 Never seen Willie for a long time but can assure you a nicer guy you cannot meet so find it astonishing that this has happened . Would be interested to know there reason for there refusal to let the lad in. :o :o :o
gone fishing Posted March 22, 2009 Report Posted March 22, 2009 WHY would he want to join in the firts place ,knowing that he would not be accepted , for a pulicity stunt just like this MAYBE ? who knows . because its open to all with a loft in scotland :-/thats the big hype with the snrpc just when we thought things were getting smoothed out between the 2 nationals and dialog was open u get this crap its a closed shop same as the shu/snfc am away fishing goodnight
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted March 22, 2009 Report Posted March 22, 2009 i could nearly be certain that if he was aloud to fly in it your sec would resine as she has a vindetta with him :B its a digrace sports men what a laugh :) :) No one person should be bigger than the club. If this were to be true then it should now read the SNRPIC (I) for invitation. Have said on many occasions that all applicants should be accepted of any club unless they are cheats or conmen, personal and political differences should never be allowed when these decisions are to be made. cheers Gareth
Guest WINGS 04 Posted March 22, 2009 Report Posted March 22, 2009 I believe any club as a right to turn down anyone and does not have to give a reason why, wether this is right or wrong is not the question because there is no ruling that says differant. NOT IF YOU AE TAKEN MONEY FROM THE AWARDS FOR ALL
PIGEON_MAN Posted March 22, 2009 Report Posted March 22, 2009 NOT IF YOU AE TAKEN MONEY FROM THE AWARDS FOR ALL IF it is a stipulation to get money from the Awards For All you have to let anyone into your club that apply,s to join and the SNRPC have had money from them then they should be reported, unless they can prove that the fancier for one reason or another should not be allowed in.
