On which wall should i place my loft? If i look at the back wall it is south, the right wall is west and the left wall is east. If im racing pigeons is the wall, or the tree, or the barn an issue?

Thanks

Yeh i was thinking that but what about the tree behind, during the summer months you can see past it.

Sorry to keep asking this but is there any problem with the tree or barn being there?

I would say no , my first ever loft had trees galore at the back ,and a 20 foot tall brick wall right next to it ,birds would land on the wall before dropping down to the loft . :animatedpigeons:

If i do that which way would the traps face?

Going by the directions you have already quoted, the traps would probably face north if you extented the barn in its current position.

Only when the hawk attacks the birds get used to it in every day life but when panic sets in they can hit it

you could face the loft north and put windows in the south side of an apex roof
