harry h Posted January 15, 2014 Report Posted January 15, 2014 Built my own about 5 year's ago 16ft by 8ft, made all fitting everything myself total cost £897.64 I'm just away to put a 8x6 exstention on it so will be 22ft by 8ft,bought all the timber for the exstention at the weekend which cost me another £332.16 doing it in my spare time so no cost.

That's what I had to do with my Y/Birds this year Phil and it was no problem, it was the only way I could get them in they wouldn't even land on the loft,landed on the ground every time that they where out flying or racing,the first 3 or 4 time that my y/birds where out on the roof they got hit with a Sparrow Hawk just wouldn't go on the shed or near the traps after that.

I am at home all day double door opened ,but yes you are right 2 vents going in front under windows for night time and also incorporating 2 extractor fans there as well to help clear bloom for my health probs .
