My Question is:

If money was no object where or who in the world would you go to for long distance pigeons??

Peterheed/fraserburgh

I'd select a few top pigeons from good fanciers and cross them simple really , better to get individuals from top birds than a loft full of a strain ;) A name doesn't make the birds any better ;)

If money was no option, I'd buy all the winners be them national or international over the last 3 years at my selected distance, and build a family around them. I would not be afraid to introduce a top sprint pigeon into the family either once it has established.

i agree with wiley would also make a call to the herbots and try to get as close as possible to the national 1

its bloody ridiculous the amount of winners responsible though that line

That's no the question I'm asking. Chad you seem to know a pigeon so providing money was no object ( if it isny already) were would you go for doos?

I would get the ones that's winning in my area as no point in getting birds from any other area as the Wild West of Ayrshire take a particular type of bird to fly I. To it, but I have been told the best bird that most fanciers have in there loft is a gifted bird

it is a hard question george, years ago i would not have hesitated going to jock alston,, jim hannah, g g rankin, i dont think there is a lot of good distance pigeons about now due to the heavy losses of good pigeons due to you know what.

the answer to your question is RJ ROME ANNAN OR G GRANT AND SONS GRETNA
