tyson Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 in the last 12yrs the y.b.nat has been won 11 times from that area except in 2008 when W Hay fom methil won it doesthat not tell you
geordie1234 Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 aye it tells ye the yb nat is a farce and is a pointless race for the rest off us
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 get real gareth look what the man done last year whats he going to do if 500 birds are coming to one loft in that location there be no prizes left get convoyed yes but be allowed to compete total unfair advantage why do you think he has located it at ayton what was wrong with it in the west you know the answer to thatProblem in the west is the Terrain, fanciers in Section B don't have that problem, with a east wind, the boys in Edinburgh should hammer the one loft race pigeons, start praying for that east wind....lol
tyson Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 gareth let them be convoyed by the nat but let them off half hour at the back of the nat birds that way the o.l.r can have there own race what it was intended for

walterboswell59 Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 Sorry Dell, Was away all day , What going on, is the appeal is back on the agenda, So the solr team, are looking for all doo men to send in one of the letters to the planning team, the race this year will go ahead, but trying to get it all in place for ever.get one up to newhouse marking station for the guys to sign and one to the rest of marking stations bill
walterboswell59 Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 just a bit like the region e and f boys have had no chance all these years either , ithink it would be great if they got in , see how good the b boys really are :emoticon-0140-rofl: :emoticon-0140-rofl: :emoticon-0140-rofl:well said rab m8 watch the race they get this week if the birds go on saturday east section will need to put up tennis nets to stop them hitting the back of the loft lol
Guest bigda Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 nothing against the o.l.r but they should not be allowed to compete in y.b.nat as what will happen is the y.b.nat will become a o.lrace it will kill of the y.b.nat because the guys especially in region B have no chance of competeing against a loft with all these pigeons in that location why are you bothered about the OLRB Tyson when you consider that over 70% of the birds entered, come from the East side of the country, and will be representing the owners of the birds, and as the race is meant to be fair and there are birds flying in the national to compounds that have about 10 lofts in it, just like a one loft race so your argument has as many holes in it as like a sieve. dry your eyes and get sending more doos bigda here for the under dog.

Big Wattle Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 Lots of posts about the SOLR sending birds to the SNFC Leicester if as has always been advertised the final race is from Maidstone with the UNC there will not be any birds sent to SNFC as these races are the same day. Would be a whole lot clearer if the website was updated to the point of letting folk know what is actually planned. Post by Big Bill says the RACE WILL GO AHEAD, there are meant to be at least 10 races.

Rooster J. Cogburn Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 I can see it being a 5 race programme for the SNFC in 2014
Guest bigda Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 I can see it being a 5 race programme for the SNFC in 2014 i can see it being one way of getting rid of section B
Rooster J. Cogburn Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 i can see it being one way of getting rid of section B Not sure how it will pan out long term, but in the next 2-3 of years he could potentially have 300 doos at Maidstone (a comeback race to him with a high chance of a West wind) Could well turn out be the thing that gets cross channel and inland racing back on track

JohnQuinn Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 As far as i am aware all birds are registered with the SHU to the one loft??? If so what's the problem?? Ye only need 1 to beat them.
tyson Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 your living in cloud cookoo land if you think that

Guest IB Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 should this not have been done before it was even advertised ,are all the doo men in that area supporting it bill ? as the letters say.and appealing is a last hope before being told to remove trailers , as soon as you try to out fox planning departments by putting things on wheels you get there back up only my opinion I'd a look at Scottish Borders website. To be honest, this whole thing seems to have got the locals back up, and that does pigeon racing no good whatsoever. http://eplanning.scotborders.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=MEI6MPNT02Q00
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 Got to laugh at all these a-se holes who have put letters of complaint in, as to how its effecting there daily life's.
Guest chad3646 Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 everyones an *expletive removed* who has an opinion have we all to sit back and listen to you smiley face :emoticon-0140-rofl:
andy Burgess Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 letters in and out on an almost daily basis . looks like a BIG up-hill struggle to get this right ??
geordie1234 Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 4) Does the Royal Air Force or indeed the United States Air Force knowanything about this ridiculous proposal ?Can you answer this question ?I very much doubt that they will be exactly “jumping for joy†giventhat they fly in off the North Sea at low level climbing as theyapproach land.Birds are an extreme hazard to jet aircraft.Look what happened on the River Hudson, New York a few years ago ? Just took this from the website lol
