:emoticon-0136-giggle::emoticon-0140-rofl: again , well done .my eldest boy ,has just completed his apprentiship as an electrical engineer .also been , promoted ,and will be off to Germany for further training ,then more until he is a plant engineer , with 600 employees ,not 21 till August ,got the job at 15 (birthday end of August) beating many older ,more experienced folk,he has made me feel very proud indeed.

and so you should be andy well done to the lad

Was interviewed for a job within LAMH who are my present employers, it was essentially a promotion i was after and low and behold i got it

Tae sweeten it up even more its about a 30% pay hike to boot I've never sweated over a job as much in my life but this was a make or break as my present job will be fazed out in about 4 weeks time, so i would have been signing on if a failed the interview, however the feed back i got was my interview was Brill

Aye Brian just as you say but i can handle it ok, just needed the wee break to get the job and now a can put everything into it that i've learned over the past 3 years and hopefully Shine in my new role.

 

Excellent John that probably means you'll be doing about 30% less work also. Lol

 

Don't know about 30% less Stevie but it'll free me up for 5 extra hours a week that a can put into the doos now

No on that one now Tam, in fact Lanarkshire hasn't got a rep on the SNFC committee this year.

Very Very true Brian, all my previous experience was with Adults who have learning difficulties, ( much like a few on here lmao ) however dealing with the Mentally Ill gives greater satisfaction when you see them progress and start living a meaningful life again.
