b.massey Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 One of the biggest problems that fanciers come across come through mice urine! I have heard many fanciers say the old "No mice here" and when I ask if they have traps or bait down they say no!! Must think Mice just stay away from there loft and only there loft! Mice are everywhere and I would encourage all fanciers to try keep on top! Hard to tell when birds have picked up anything through mice untill there out! Very slow when flying and wont fly long!
greenlands Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 I have bait down, check it most days and top up if required.

Delboy Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 Plenty of mice kicking about mine, I kill them constantly .I HAVE POISON/TRAPS EVERYWHERE and I still see the odd sign of them.I rarely see them unless lying dead but when I take my dog out to the loft during the night, she goes mad.IMO, mice are everywhere and you can only keep the numbers down but cant eradicate them entirely.
