Blue Chequer Pied Posted January 14, 2013 Report Posted January 14, 2013 Bought test kits of his stall at blackpool last year for a tenner Thats right, still £10. Got mine done 3 weeks ago and the service is good. Best thing is they didn't try to sell me anything. Got a phone call with results then a written report and the all clear. Would recommend them highly. Have any members tried this new Vet, Big Daweert. I've just sent mine away this morning cost £5 but not sure if the manis certified to do the test, will let you know when I get results back. I have used them Harry and they are first class. Droppings tested for up to 4 birds and crop swabs for 2 for £10 can't go wrong.

Guest bigda Posted January 14, 2013 Report Posted January 14, 2013 i didnt know we had our own online vet for guidance is that why your so succesful big da i do test for fanciers dava, and it don't cost them any thing and i can put it onto a cd if you like healthy birds is only part of the racing game dava come over with any dropping you have and ill tell you whats in them no problem you don't need to be a vet to see what your eyes tell you most vets will tell you you have yeast and that can be cured within days getting checked for cocci and canker means you have to get a second, to see if you have cleared up what you have been treating for. and its like a mot it is only as good as the day it got tested. hope this helps
