Wiley Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 Today have to sadly mention the passing of a friend, an East London and Custom House Legend, and past LNRC winner. Very sad to say that Mick passed away this morning, many will know Mick as Busby, and he also trained people's pigeons when he was racing from all over London. Mick was a great all round racer on his day but his 1st Open LNRC Thurso, and again at the time when he was 2nd Open LNRC Thurso will always stick in our minds on two equally tough days with very very few home. Mick left the sport about 5 years ago due to health reasons however people who obtained his pigeons are still winning with them today, and will do in the future. Rest in peace old friend.
THE FIFER Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 RIP Micky you will always be remembered, condolences to family and friends
