dava i got yb sickness a week before the first race mate that was me never raced a yb the birds are fine now but i read up on it and it says the birds are not right for a few weeks after treating them so did not race them there folk that just fling birds into a basket no matter what

Had a great race with Lanarkshire from Ingleton 8/9, though not good enough, finished second to J Newbiggin who won the club at 11.50.

 

Timed 2 at 11.51 to finish second and third.

 

Returns in club are good, 8/9, 12/13, 15/18,

The N.I.P.A had a race from fermoy ( south of ireland) 199 miles to my loft finish 4th club 33 out of 34 birds home from the race.

up to 9/21 now. Happy enough with performance but disappointed in returns. They were in tip top condition and

ready to go so who knows what happened but looking forward already and 9 to send to the yb national is more

than the 4 we had last year/ Onwards and Upwards :-)
