Snfc Lets Long Standing Member Down

just found out about a good national man let down by the union, and there being no one at the station to help, this member he has paid his dues and deserves better treatment than this as this is shocking, it has wasted his entire season,

time and effort, denied the chance of clocking a bird from Marlborough, and also putting him out of the averages,

there is no excuse for this to happen, as this was brought to the committees attention

to get the ets compatible, and get it set up

i am totally sickened to here this, the big national, thats a joke bigda here for the under dog, those at the said station should be ashamed of there self they did not offer any support to the fancier involved

as sure as night follows day when the national season starts someone with a bag of tatties on their shoulder starts girning about the snfc with no names to back up his claims. how many have you going to any national this weekend? have you timed on the day this season yet?

complaint, this should have been seen to right away its a case of stuff you jack i am OK they all take the cash on offer to service the stations but don't want any responsibility or show any compassion to members who turn up with a different ets system this was noted last year, and they still give it the rubber ear treatment. this member deserves better and i would suggest they get there butt in gear and go to this fancier and collect his birds and get them taken down to meet the transporter pronto or there name will be mud

Put a letter of complaint into A.Garven , the SNFC secretary.A wee bit of communication was maybe lacking here from both parties. I dont buy into having a go at the workers on the SNFC committee, after all, its an unpaid and thankless task these guys do.I know, cause Ive been there and the amount of hours I put in would *expletive removed* frighten ye. I think you were a bit hasty Bob, but I know how you feel and I can be a wee bit fiery at times too. I widnae throw in the towel for no one m8, so get things sorted for Eastbourne

If using ETS the marking stations should be set up for all models plus clocks.

when asked about the brecon, and who was to set it up, the reply was not doing it forget how too, and cant be arsed at uddingston club tonight, and as they don't have manual clocks spare they could not loan any out. the member was then under the

impression that the station was to close at 8pm, and he was not in a position to go and return to get a " stb"clock, there is always money about, when you run the marking station, for the helpers, you del must have been missed out on the divy up the man in question

Danny if you read the rules of the SNFC you will find that it is up to the member to supply the means for his birds to be marked with ETS. Its the same if you are using a T3 its up to you to supply the printer etc, if you use an STB you have to supply the Rolls and if you are so old as to use a Toulet you gotta supply the dials so dont start knocking the guys who are trying to do a thankless job n start supporting us instead.

you where given the tools to use. but the tradesmen, dont want to use them, the rules where there, all ets to be compatible

all clock setters trained in there use,

and they do get paid for there work.fact

but civility cost nothing.

Sure i get Fed at the end of what can turn out to be a VERY long night but ye get nothing for nothing Danny. If you say on here again that I AM GETTING PAID when on SNFC Duty i will take issue with you PERSONALLY the next time i see you because you are Insulting me and my credibility every time you write it.

if it happened to me i would have asked if i could have put birds through then get a stb clock and take it to who ever was the clock setter.don,t know if this would be against rules but maybe in this circumstance it might have been allowed.?? as for any payment to any of the volunteers i know for a fact thay don,t get any payment for it and i have only been a S.N.F.C.member for a year.if it was not for them giving up their time and putting in good work and effort we would not be racing nationals.

I think we have let this go as far as it should, it cannot be sorted on a forum, get it sorted with the SHU, members are just going to fall out on the site and the problem in hand has nothing to do with the site, thanks for all your posts and hope it gets sorted one way or the other, will lock this thread now,
