Have you got a pot in the nest? Are they eatin from it? if yes move them. Some move at 19-20 days, some never move!

See i have herd this too but surely some pairs rear better than others thus making the youngster ready quicker

if they could mate they still be feeding from there parents at 30 days old and the stock have to get a break as the next round comes around quick enough

Good point im going to take away a few tomorrow defo

I feed all stock in the nest from the day they lay until youngsters are weaned this way they never leave nest when being fed makes them all very tame ,youngsters pick up on this very quickly and come to eat with parents straight away at young age if they don't parents are to well fed hate seeing food left just gets soiled and a don't like no one crapping on mine ,seen me leaving young when they are able to fly back to there on nest not troubled with birds being scalped must be they are all contented ,never take them away to young as i find they are more prone to ailments but that's just me everyone to there on .

Mine have food & water in the box. They learn quick from their parents and are soon self-sufficient so no burden on the pair and therefore no big push to shift them.

Prefer to move them all at same time as 'newer' ones seem prone to being bullied by ones that have been put in the YB end first. That's why I keep my 1st & 2nd rounds seperate.

Geo, think the most important thing is they know how and where to get a drink. How many you breeding? Good luck.

Some folk sit them on the board in a cage or have an aviary attached to the loft they can put them in.

Some people even just sit them on the lander.

Depends what kinna board/trap you have as well??Or indeed if you want them out that early
