how many members are sending birds and you know how many birds you are sending. also how far is it to your loft and which secsion.

 

i am hoping to be sending 10 yb,s to the race.

i am in secsion B 243 miles to my loft.

sending 5 3 hens 2 cocks 352 miles so if the weathers not good i wont be sending. any north or rain and i am not puting any but there ready to go just up to the weather now

Now thats a shock, a south west wind in the young bird national best of luck to you Blaz, will be sending one this year.

looking at the long range forecast the wind will vary from SW to WSW . so why are you deciding on only sending one Gareth . have you seen a lot of birds go down in previous years when the wind is SW.it would not take much for me to hold on to yb,s till next year.

the forcasts been changing every day so you wont know what its going to be until thursday night but sw will be fine and it looking like they will still have to work only 6 miles per hour winds at race piont
