Can't answer your first question, Josh, as I don't use multivitamins because they are not real vitamins, only chemical copies of them. Real vitamins are found in food, and that's where my birds get theirs from.

 

On your second question, Josh, you're right electrolytes are salts & sugars; I don't use those either.
